2. Collection, use and storage of personal data and the purpose of their processing

Visiting the website
In connection with your access to our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our website. This data is temporarily saved in a so-called log file and is stored until it is automatically deleted after 7 days. With regard to the data collected (e.g. date and time of access, IP address of the requested computer, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used, referrer URL, name and URL of the file accessed and the website that is accessed via our website), no personal processing takes place.
The processing of the above-mentioned data serves system-related and statistical purposes (e.g. guaranteeing trouble-free connection establishment of the website, evaluation of system stability and security, guaranteeing transparent use of the website). The legal basis for this can be found in Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.

Use of e-mail contact
In the case of contact via email, your personal data transmitted by email will be stored. Data processing for the purpose of establishing contact is governed by Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. If the establishment of contact is directed at the purpose of concluding a contract, then the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.

After your request has been processed, the personal data collected by us will be deleted, unless we are legally entitled or obliged to process it further.

3. Transfer of data

We only pass your personal data on to other third parties (recipients) if:

  • pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR you have provided your explicit consent for one or more specific purposes,
  • for the case of data disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercising or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a primary protection-worthy interest in not having your data disclosed,
  • there is a legal obligation for disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR and
  • it is legally permissible and necessary for fulfilment of contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.
  • we have the data processed on our behalf in compliance with Art. 28 of the GDPR.

Transfer of your personal data for purposes other than those listed above does not occur.

4. Cookies

In order to extend the range of functions of our website and to make its use more comfortable for you, we use so-called cookies. 5. Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics

Listed below are the tracking measures used by us. They are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. With the used tracking measures, we want to ensure that our website is designed according to requirements and is continually optimized. Additionally, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website and offer. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the above-mentioned provision.
This website uses Google Analytics as a web analysis service. Google Analytics uses "cookies" - text files that are stored on your computer or smartphone to enable VYNTO GmbH & Co. KG to help analyze how visitors use the website. The information created by the cookies about the use of the website by visitors is stored and processed by Google Analytics servers.
IP addresses are completely anonymized before collected data can be viewed by VYNTO. It is not possible to reverse the anonymization of the IP addresses and to assign the IP addresses to the data collected.
VYNTO will use this information to evaluate the user behavior of its website visitors, to create reports and to improve the website experience for its visitors. The storage period is 14 months.

6. Privacy policy for the use of LinkedIn

Our website uses features of the LinkedIn network. Every time you access one of our pages that contains functions of LinkedIn, a connection to LinkedIn's servers is established. To our knowledge, personal data will not be stored. In particular, no IP address are stored, nor is the usage behavior evaluated.

7. Privacy policy for the use of Facebook

Our pages include plugins from the social network Facebook, provided by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button ("I like") on our page. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account.

8. Privacy policy for the use of Google Maps

Our website uses Google Maps. Every time you visit one of our pages that includes Google Maps features, Google connects to their servers. To our knowledge, personal data will not be stored.

9. Rights of the data subject

You have the following rights under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR: right of access (Art. 15 of the GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 of the GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 of the GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 of the GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR).

10.  Data security

All necessary technical and organizational security measures have been taken by VYNTO in order to protect your personal data from loss and misuse. Your data will be stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. In accordance with this Privacy Policy, access to your information is restricted to specially authorized individuals.
A firewall is installed to prevent access from other networks connected to the Internet. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific task will have access to personal information. Our employees are trained in the data protection regulations.
Your personal data is encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means that communication takes place using a recognized encryption method if your browser supports SSL. Our security measures are continuously being improved in line with technological developments.
With regard to communication via email, the confidentiality of the information transmitted is not guaranteed. The content of emails may be viewed by third parties.

Details concerning the credit agencies

In accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, we verify information on your address data (first name, surname, address, email address, telephone number, if applicable) and your creditworthiness to protect legitimate interests. Therefore, we work together with credit agencies from which we obtain or transfer data to, according to the above-mentioned purposes. In accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, we check information on your address data (if applicable, first name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number) and your creditworthiness in order to protect legitimate interests. For this purpose, we cooperate with Regis24 GmbH, Wallstr. 58, 10179 Berlin, from which we obtain data for the aforementioned purposes or transfer them to them.
